If you have the time and really want to save some money, try making your own homemade cleaners. They work great and can be made with ingredients you likely have in your house today.
A terrific general spray cleaner can be made with the simple ingredients below. You don’t have to worry if you splash a little bit with this green cleaning recipe. If you insist on cleaning au natural, this eco friendly cleaner is for you.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of hot water
- A touch of liquid soap
- Half tablespoon of washing soda
In a clean spray bottle, mix the elements and shake until the washing soda has disappeared. Use it as you would any all purpose spray cleaner, wiping off with a good sponge or rag. This recipe works great in every room of the house.
Chemical based cleaners can be scary stuff when you are exposed to their toxins. By removing toxic cleaners from your home you will reduce the overall health risk to you, your family and the environment.
